Our Services:

Respite
Respite provides relief for primary caregivers, allowing them to rest, attend to personal matters, or simply take time for themselves, while supporting the overall quality of care provided to the member.

Habilitation
Habilitation provides training and support for developing new skills and abilities. The goal of habilitation is to increase a member’s independence while focusing on their unique learning needs.

Attendant Care
Attendant care provides assistance with personal care tasks. Attendant care aims to support individuals in maintaining their independence by assisting with daily tasks or providing specialized supervision.
How it works
Eligible members of the Division of Developmental Disabilities who receive Arizona Long Term Care Services can receive care through Desert Family at no cost. We will work with you during the service planning process to connect you with one of our providers, or train and certify a provider of your choice.
